Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Elite Coinage Co. (“Elite Coinage,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use elitecoinage.com, elitecoin.co, forym.co, and our other current and future domains, subdomains, mobile applications, APIs, software, customer portals, AI systems, email, and SMS communications (together, the “Services”). We’ve written it in plain language so you can understand what we do and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: directly from you, automatically as you use the Services, and from trusted third parties.

1.1 Information you provide

  • Contact and account details — name, email address, phone number, account login credentials such as passwords (protected using appropriate security measures), and preferences.
  • Order and billing details — shipping and billing addresses, items purchased, and order history. Card numbers are handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications — the content of messages you send us, including support requests, reviews, and questions or prompts you submit to Forym™.
  • Marketing preferences — whether you’ve subscribed to email or SMS updates.

1.2 Information we collect automatically

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, search terms, and referring pages.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — identifiers and activity data collected through cookies, pixels, tags, and local storage (see Section 4).
  • Product and session analytics — information about how you interact with the Services, which may include session replay, heatmaps, scroll and click activity, and error and diagnostic logging, used to understand usage, fix problems, and improve the experience. We configure these tools to avoid recording payment card numbers and other sensitive fields where reasonably possible.
  • Security and fraud signals — information used to verify activity and protect against fraud and abuse, including data from bot-detection tools, device fingerprinting, address and identity verification, and fraud-scoring services.

1.3 Information from third parties

  • Payment processors confirm payment status and provide fraud signals.
  • Shipping carriers provide tracking and delivery information.
  • Analytics and advertising partners provide audience and measurement data.
  • Fraud-prevention and verification providers help us confirm identity and detect risk.

1.4 Sensitive personal information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for fraud prevention, identity verification, legal compliance, or another purpose we disclose to you. Please do not submit sensitive information (such as payment card numbers, government identifiers, or financial-account details) where we don’t request it, including in Forym™ prompts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • process, fulfill, ship, and support your orders;
  • create and manage your account;
  • operate, personalize, and improve the Services, including Forym™;
  • respond to your messages and provide customer service;
  • verify payments and identity and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • send transactional messages (such as order and shipping updates);
  • send marketing communications where permitted, which you can opt out of;
  • measure and analyze how the Services are used; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Forym™ and Automated Technologies

Forym™ is our proprietary AI-powered platform for commerce, research, education, product discovery, customer engagement, and customer support. When you interact with Forym™, we process the questions and prompts you submit, along with related context, to generate responses, surface relevant Products, and improve the experience. Some of this processing is performed using trusted third-party AI infrastructure providers acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security commitments.

We may also use interactions with Forym™—typically in de-identified or aggregated form—to monitor, secure, troubleshoot, evaluate, and improve the Services and the quality of Forym™, including its features, prompts, and models. Our third-party AI infrastructure providers process your Inputs on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We do not authorize them to use your Inputs to train their own general-purpose models, and we do not sell your Forym™ interactions.

Please don’t share sensitive personal information (such as payment card numbers, government identifiers, or health information) in Forym™ prompts. Forym™ provides information for educational and customer-service purposes only and may produce inaccuracies; it does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to keep the Services working, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. We use:

  • Essential technologies that enable core functions like your cart, checkout, security, and bot protection;
  • Analytics technologies that help us understand how the Services are used; and
  • Advertising technologies that help measure and deliver relevant marketing.

You can manage non-essential cookies through the consent controls on our site and through your browser settings. Disabling some technologies may affect how the Services function. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required by law.

5. Analytics and Advertising

We use analytics and advertising partners—which may include Google, Meta, and TikTok—to understand engagement and to measure and deliver marketing. These partners may set their own technologies and receive certain information, such as device identifiers and activity data, to provide measurement and audience services. Some of this activity may be considered “sharing” or “sale” of personal information under certain state laws; see Section 9 for how to opt out.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here:

  • Service providers who act on our behalf—such as payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting and infrastructure providers, AI infrastructure providers, analytics and advertising partners, email and SMS platforms, and fraud-prevention and verification services—under contracts that limit their use of the information.
  • Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Elite Coinage Co., our customers, or others, or to prevent fraud.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy.
  • With your direction — when you ask us to share information.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business and legal purposes—such as fulfilling orders, maintaining records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and complying with tax, accounting, and other legal requirements—and records for high-value collectible and precious-metal transactions may be retained longer where required or prudent. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and payment processing through PCI-compliant providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please help protect your account by using a strong, unique password and keeping it confidential.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. We honor the rights available to you under applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising them. To make a request, email cs@elitecoinage.com or use the contact details in Section 14. We will verify your request before acting on it and may ask for information to confirm your identity. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.

9.1 California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
  • delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising; and
  • limit the use of sensitive personal information.

In the past 12 months we may have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1 (identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation, and inferences) for the business purposes described in Section 2. We do not sell personal information for money, but our use of advertising and analytics technologies (Section 5) may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. To opt out, use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our website footer to manage your advertising and data-collection preferences, use the cookie/consent controls on our site, enable a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, or email us with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

9.2 Other U.S. State Rights

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising and certain processing. We honor these rights as applicable and provide an appeals process where required; to appeal a decision on your request, reply to our response or contact us at cs@elitecoinage.com.

9.3 European Economic Area and United Kingdom

If you are located in the EEA or UK, we process personal information under legal bases that include performance of a contract (to fulfill your orders), our legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Services), your consent (for certain marketing and cookies), and compliance with legal obligations. You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, and object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Where we transfer information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Marketing Communications

With your permission, we may send marketing emails and, if you opt in, SMS messages about new releases, offers, and updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, and you can stop marketing texts by replying STOP. Consent to marketing texts is not required to make a purchase. Message and data rates may apply to SMS. We will still send you transactional messages, such as order and shipping notifications.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Websites

The Services may link to websites and services we do not operate. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this Policy does not apply to them. Please review their privacy policies before providing information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.

Popular Questions for New Collectors

Learn about rarity, grading, storytelling, and collectible culture.

What makes a collectible valuable?

A collectible's value usually comes from a combination of rarity, cultural significance, condition, craftsmanship, and collector demand. Limited mintages, official licensing, historical moments, and premium materials can all increase long-term desirability. The strongest collectibles often tell a story people care about for years.

What does "limited mintage" mean?

Limited mintage means only a fixed number of pieces will ever be produced. For example, a release with a mintage of 500 means only 500 exist worldwide. Lower mintages can increase scarcity, which collectors often value over time.

Why does rarity matter in collectibles?

Rarity affects how difficult a collectible is to obtain. When demand remains strong and supply is limited, collectors often place greater value on the piece. Rarity can come from low mintages, special editions, unique finishes, or historically important releases.

What's the difference between bullion and collectibles?

Bullion products are primarily valued for their precious metal content, like gold or silver weight. Collectibles combine precious metals with artistry, storytelling, licensing, rarity, and cultural relevance. Their value may come from both metal content and collector demand.

Why do collectors grade coins and collectibles?

Grading authenticates a collectible and evaluates its condition using industry standards. Third-party grading companies like NGC and PCGS assign numerical grades that help collectors understand quality, preservation, and market value.

What do grades like MS70 or PF70 mean?

MS stands for "Mint State" and PF stands for "Proof." The number is based on a 70-point grading scale, where 70 represents a nearly flawless example. Higher grades are generally more desirable because fewer collectibles achieve them.

What's the difference between proof and mint state?

Proof collectibles are specially manufactured using polished dies and planchets to create highly detailed finishes and mirror-like surfaces. Mint state collectibles are standard production strikes intended for circulation or release, though premium mint state examples can still be highly collectible.

What makes licensed collectibles special?

Officially licensed collectibles are authorized by the brand, franchise, estate, or organization they represent. Licensing adds authenticity and connects the collectible directly to the original story, character, event, or cultural moment.

Are collectibles a good long-term hobby?

For many people, collecting combines history, art, nostalgia, and community into a rewarding lifelong hobby. Some collectibles may appreciate in value over time, but most collectors enjoy the experience of owning pieces connected to moments and stories they care about.

Should I collect what I love or what may increase in value?

The best collections usually begin with personal passion. Many experienced collectors recommend buying pieces that genuinely excite you first. Long-term value often follows collectibles tied to meaningful stories, iconic franchises, and strong collector communities.

What should a first-time collector buy?

A great first collectible is one connected to a franchise, historical event, or theme you genuinely enjoy. New collectors often start with limited-edition pieces that combine strong design, storytelling, and approachable pricing.

How should I store collectibles?

Collectors usually protect items from moisture, direct sunlight, scratches, and extreme temperature changes. Display cases, protective capsules, and certified holders can help preserve long-term condition and appearance.

Why are some collectibles legal tender?

Some collectible coins are officially issued by sovereign mints with assigned face values, making them legal tender. However, their collectible and precious metal value is often significantly higher than the stated denomination.

What makes a collectible historically important?

Historically important collectibles often commemorate major events, cultural milestones, scientific achievements, iconic figures, or globally recognized franchises. Their significance grows when the story remains meaningful across generations.

What makes a collectible exclusive?

Exclusivity can come from limited production numbers, premium finishes, special packaging, artist collaborations, signed editions, or restricted release windows. Exclusive releases often appeal strongly to dedicated collectors.

How do collectors know a collectible is authentic?

Collectors often verify authenticity through official licensing, trusted dealers, certificates of authenticity, grading services, serialized numbering, and reputable mint or manufacturer documentation.

What's the difference between silver and gold collectibles?

Silver collectibles are often more accessible for new collectors and allow broader participation across fandoms and themes. Gold collectibles are typically rarer, produced in smaller quantities, and valued for both their craftsmanship and precious metal content.

Why do some collectibles sell out quickly?

Strong collector communities, limited mintages, cultural relevance, exclusive licensing, and high-profile launches can all increase demand. Once a release sells out, collectors often turn to secondary markets to acquire pieces they missed.

Can modern collectibles become future classics?

Many modern collectibles become highly sought after over time, especially when they capture iconic franchises, important cultural moments, or breakthrough artistic design. Long-term relevance often depends on enduring fan passion and scarcity.

What makes FORYM different from traditional collectibles?

FORYM focuses on premium collectible storytelling — combining iconic franchises, historic moments, precious materials, and limited-edition craftsmanship into curated releases designed for modern collectors. The goal is to create pieces that feel culturally meaningful, display-worthy, and lasting.

Does condition really matter?

Yes. Condition plays a major role in collectible desirability and market value. Even small differences in preservation, surface quality, or packaging condition can significantly impact collector demand.

What is a proof finish?

A proof finish is a premium minting technique designed to create exceptional visual detail. Proof collectibles often feature mirror-like backgrounds and frosted design elements that create strong contrast and display appeal.

Why do collectors care about packaging?

Original packaging can enhance presentation, authenticity, and long-term collectibility. Premium packaging also helps protect the collectible and contributes to the overall ownership experience.

What makes fandom collectibles so popular?

Fandom collectibles allow people to celebrate stories, characters, and moments they emotionally connect with. Strong fan communities often increase demand and create lasting collector enthusiasm around iconic franchises.

How do collectors build meaningful collections?

Many collectors build around themes they personally enjoy — such as space exploration, sports, entertainment, history, or specific franchises. A focused collection often becomes more meaningful and visually cohesive over time.
