Elite Coinage Co. reserves the right to correct errors, update information, limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel transactions at any time without prior notice.
5. Collectibles Disclaimer
Collectibles markets may fluctuate in value, rarity, demand, desirability, and liquidity.
Forym™ does not guarantee future market value, resale value, investment performance, grading outcomes, rarity classifications, appreciation, or collectible performance of any product offered through our services.
Users are solely responsible for conducting independent research and due diligence before making purchasing or collecting decisions.
6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems
Forym™ may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated moderation systems, authentication technologies, recommendation engines, analytics systems, and fraud prevention technologies to support marketplace operations, customer experiences, search functionality, collectible verification, platform security, and operational efficiency.
Users acknowledge that AI generated recommendations, authentication insights, product classifications, descriptions, valuations, or automated outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for purchasing, valuation, investment, authentication, or collecting decisions.
Elite Coinage Co. reserves the right to use automated systems to monitor platform activity, detect fraud, maintain marketplace integrity, enforce policies, and improve services.
